Andy Brusman is an accomplished executive and entrepreneur with a proven track record across sports, media, and active lifestyle industries. As CEO of CTH Advisors, he leads a team of seasoned investment bankers and operators helping companies navigate complex financial and strategic opportunities. Andy also serves as CEO of Silver Gen Holdings, investing in and acquiring businesses serving the growing 55+ “Silver Generation,” and owns Clutter Cleaner SC, a company dedicated to estate downsizing and move management. Beyond his business ventures, Andy founded The Sandlot Initiative, a community-driven program using baseball to bridge cultural and socioeconomic divides. A University of Lynchburg graduate and former collegiate tennis player, Andy combines his strategic insight, leadership, and passion for impact to build meaningful enterprises and strengthen communities.
